By booking a service with Frankie’s Pest Control, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information given by the customer. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work differs upon on-site inspection. We will always confirm any price changes with you before commencing work.

2. Property Access and Safety

• You must ensure clear access to the areas requiring treatment.
• For the safety of your family and pets, you agree to follow all instructions provided by our technician, including staying off treated surfaces until they are completely dry.
• Food, water bowls, and children’s toys must be cleared away from treatment areas prior to our arrival.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash and Bank Transfers.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care, Frankie’s Pest Control is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property or issues arising from failure to follow our safety and preparation instructions.

5. Cancellations

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

6. Service Guarantee

We stand by our work. If targeted pests return within the specified warranty period for your specific treatment, we will return to retreat the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee is void if the property has been structurally altered, or if our post-treatment hygiene and prevention advice has not been followed.
